New to blog Part 2

This is my second day using the blog:) I'm still trying to figure out the Html stuff:) I hope my template will finish by the end of this week. There is one thing I don't understand. Why do i need the Html code just to change a blogskin? So troublesome. I really hope I can figure out this Html code really soon:):)
